By using wholesaleai.com or any of its live demo tools (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), offered by Wholesale AI LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is a marketing and demonstration property. It describes our services, publishes our research, and hosts free, self-serve AI tools (the leasing agent, seller-lead agent, home-services intake agent, ad studio, and the "design my tool" pitch generator) so a visitor can evaluate our work before talking to us. It is not itself a software product, and using it does not create a client relationship.
The demo tools generate output using AI models based on what you type. That output is illustrative: it's meant to show what a tailored build could look like, not to serve as advice you rely on, a binding quote, or a guarantee of any specific outcome (deflection rate, cost savings, hours returned, or otherwise) for your business. Real numbers come from a paid audit that measures your actual operation.
Don't submit anything to the demo tools or the concierge chat that you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI provider, and don't use the tools to generate anything unlawful, abusive, or intended to test or defeat their bot protections.
You agree not to: scrape or systematically extract content from the Site; attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or its AI tools; use the Site to submit false, fraudulent, or malicious information; or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Nothing on the Site, including the research published under "Insights," the ROI estimates in the pitch tool, or figures like ticket-deflection percentages, is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and none of it is a promise of results for your specific business. Industry benchmarks are cited to their source and are not a substitute for your own measured baseline.
Prices and ranges shown on the Site (for the AI Operations Audit, builds, and managed retainers) are current guidance, not a binding offer, and are subject to change. A specific engagement's price is fixed only once it's in a signed proposal, order form, or agreement.
The Site's text, design, branding, and the research published on it belong to Wholesale AI LLC unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your own evaluation and reference, not for republication or commercial reuse without our written permission. You may quote and link to our published research with attribution.
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, our scheduling page at Cal.com, and separate demo subdomains). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or availability.
The Site and its AI tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesale AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its AI tools. This section doesn't limit or override the terms of a separately signed client agreement, which governs liability for an actual engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update.
