1. Who this covers

This policy is issued by Wholesale AI LLC ("Wholesale AI," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company, and covers the public marketing website at wholesaleai.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). It does not cover DoorDesk, our property management platform, or any client's own systems we integrate with, each of which has its own privacy terms provided at signup. If you reach our live demo tools (for example, the leasing, seller-lead, home-services, or ad-studio demos on their own subdomains), the practices below apply to how we operate them; a demo is a real, functioning preview of our work, not a separate legal entity.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• What you give us directly: your name, email, and anything you type into the contact form, the "design my tool" pitch box, or the AI concierge chat, including a scenario or business problem you describe.
• What we collect automatically: standard web request data (IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed), and a randomly generated anonymous session identifier stored in your browser's local storage so we can connect a visit to a later form submission or chat.
• What third parties provide to protect the Site: Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-check, verifies you're a real visitor before the AI tools respond; it does this without collecting personal information beyond what's needed for that check.

We don't collect payment card details on this Site. If you become a client, billing information is handled separately through the payment processor named in your agreement.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, book a call, or follow up on an audit or build request.
• To generate a reply from the AI concierge or the pitch tool, which requires sending what you typed to our AI provider (see Section 4) so it can respond.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring in real interest, so we can improve the Site and stop wasting your time and ours.
• To prevent abuse of the free AI tools, which cost us real money per response.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. AI processing

The concierge chat and the "design my tool" pitch generator send what you type to a third-party large-language-model provider to produce a response. We don't use the content of your conversations to train a public AI model. If you email us the transcript or ask us to follow up, that content becomes part of your normal lead record, handled as described in Section 3.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses browser local storage, not traditional tracking cookies, to hold your anonymous session ID. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie as part of its bot check. Google Fonts (Montserrat, Inter, Space Grotesk) are loaded from Google's font servers, which see a standard request for the font file. We don't run third-party advertising pixels on this Site.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work, under terms that limit what they can do with it:

• Our CRM (crm.wholesaleai.com), which stores leads, form submissions, and concierge conversations, and is where your inquiry actually lands.
• Vercel, which hosts the Site.
• Cloudflare, for bot protection (Turnstile).
• Cal.com, if you book a call through our scheduling link.
• Our AI model provider, for the concierge and pitch tool, as described in Section 4.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information's new custodian.

7. How long we keep it

Lead and contact information is kept as long as it's useful to a live or prospective engagement, and is deleted or anonymized when it clearly isn't. Automatically collected technical data is retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes.

8. Your choices

Email jon@wholesaleai.com to ask what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll honor reasonable requests promptly. Clearing your browser's local storage removes your anonymous session ID on your end.

9. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle information, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update.
